TRS HARDENER TRISO is a solution of Thiophosphoric-tris-(p-isocyanato-phenyl ester) (TDI) in Ethyl Acetate.
Applications: TRS TRISO is a CFC’s free hardener specially designed to be used with the TRS’ cold vulcanizing systems when you need to work in areas where the continuous temperature is above 80 ºC.

Colour: Almost colourless to light-colour clear liquid (it does not affect bonding properties)
Dynamic Viscosity: 13 mPa·s
%NCO (UNE-EN ISO 11909): 7,2 ± 0,2
Shelf Life: minimum 24 months at room temperature.
Recommendations:
It is important to assure the perfect blend between the glue and the hardener stirring with a non-metallic stirrer for at least two minutes.

For cross-linking of 100 parts by weight of adhesive based on:

Graft-Chloroprene (rubber content approx.16%)            3-5 p.b.w. TRS TRISO

Chloroprene rubber (rubber content approx.20%)          5-7 p.b.w. TRS TRISO

Hydroxyl polyurethane (PU content approx. 15%)          3-5 p.b.w. TRS TRISO

Hydroxyl polyurethane (PU content approx. 20%)          4-7 p.b.w. TRS TRISO

TRS is a trademark of Comercial Química Massó, S.A. that produces and sells cold vulcanization adhesives. TRS was developed in Germany in the late 1990s as TRS International GmbH, focused on all materials related to the maintenance of rubber conveyor belts in the mining industry, and was purchased by Comercial Química Massó S.A. in October 2017.
