2. USE OF THE PROFILE

The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:

• Publish on the USER’s profile all information already published on the CONTROLLER’s social network.
• Send personal and individual messages through the social network channels.
• Post updates on the status of the page on the USER’s profile.

The USER can always control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them, and restrict who they share their connections with. To do so, they should access their settings, where they will find various options regarding the privacy level of their user profile on the social network.

3. PUBLICATIONS

The purpose of social networks is to give visibility and disseminate the activities carried out by the CONTROLLER. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are subject to their own privacy policy.

Once the USER becomes a follower or joins the CONTROLLER’s social network, they may publish on it comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the platform. The USER must, in all cases, be the owner of the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.

It is expressly prohibited to publish anything on the social network, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. that violates or is likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or infringes, violates, or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or the Law. Offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate comments or content will not be tolerated on the company’s profiles. The Company reserves the right to delete such comments or content and block the users responsible.

In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately delete the content without prior notice and can request the permanent blocking of the USER.

The CONTROLLER is not responsible for the content that the USER has freely published.

The USER must bear in mind that their publications will be seen by other users, therefore they themselves are primarily responsible for their privacy.

The CONTROLLER will not store on any file Images that may be published on the social network; however, they will remain on the social network.

4. DATA OF MINORS OR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

We recommend you thoroughly read the terms of use and privacy policy of each social network on registering, taking into account the different age requirements in each case.

In addition, the CONTROLLER shall be expressly exonerated from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or people with special needs, whose access should be supervised and controlled by their legal representatives.
